Aimee Seaberry, M.Ed., is an Evaluation Specialist with ESC Region 11, bringing over 18 years of experience in education, with specialized expertise in special education evaluation, early childhood assessment, and eligibility determination. Her experience spans both public and private educational settings and includes service on Autism and Early Childhood Assessment teams, development of district dyslexia procedures and handbooks, compliance monitoring, and the design of evaluation policies and practices.
Aimee provides professional development and technical assistance to educational diagnosticians, school psychologists, speech-language pathologists, and special education leaders across Texas. Her areas of expertise include early childhood special education (ECSE), Developmental Delay, Review of Existing Evaluation Data (REED), Specific Learning Disabilities (including dyslexia and dysgraphia evaluation), evaluation planning, and legally defensible assessment practices. She is passionate about helping evaluation teams use data intentionally to conduct comprehensive, equitable, and educationally relevant evaluations that support sound decision-making and improved outcomes for students.
